Must remove all duplicated code from source repository. Leave only patches for third party software we use. And/Or...

Provide links to third party modified software in README files of the appropiate directory. And/or...

Modify makefile to download third party software for easier builds.

Add RPM dir for each subsystem with patches and .spec files and other tools for helping make rpm releases.
