unxsBind tZone CloneZone() not explained

Not only is it not explained correctly is has a supposed sanity check that does the exact reverse check of what is required, blocking it's use.

The tool tips of both the button and the to be created new zone name should be corrected.

Some way of setting uView for the target zone should be added.

[Clone Zone] function, as read from source code creates a new zone from the current source zone with the same view (this is not very helpful in many cases.)
