Remove extra IPs from clone

Description

When cloning a VE with multiple IPs, the clone gets all of them. Must get IP address information from tProperty and remove from the clone before starting it.

Changed jobqueue.c clone job function to use --ipdel all.

But while I was at it, I could not find any code anywhere that add's extra IPs to containers except via template extra IP for node. This is used for nat purposes so far. Please review and explain and provide info where the problem was found.

All: Make sure that all non UBC datacenter, node and container properties have entries in tGlossary so we can keep track of these extensions.
